Back by request from attendees in March this year, May is coming back to talk in some more detail about elements of her talk: Traditional East Asian Medicine Through the Lens of Modern Science: Theories, Mechanisms, and Innovation.
May is a spiritual coach and a practitioner of traditional East Asian medicine who is passionate about educating women on how to support their bodies naturally.
She is in the process of setting up a community interest company dedicated to making holistic health more accessible. Through this initiative, May created a supportive space where people can learn practical ways to care for themselves and each other using the wisdom of Eastern medicine.
As part of that mission, there will be workshops designed to teach people the basics of traditional East Asian medicine, empowering them to take control of their own health.
May says: “I believe in the power of food as medicine and use acupuncture to address physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances, helping women reconnect with their health in a meaningful way.”
