The Healing Power of Nature: Exploring Forest Bathing & Wellbeing

What if your prescription for better health was as simple as spending time among the trees?

This month’s enlightening talk is exploring the science behind Shinrin Yoku, also known as forest bathing. Our speaker Robert,  from Hawk and Heath will delve into how connecting with nature supports our immune system, reduces stress, and can even ease symptoms for those managing long-term health conditions.

Whether you’re curious about natural ways to support your wellbeing or passionate about preventative healthcare, this session will share how anyone—from age 3 to 103—can use the natural world to feel better, think clearer, and build resilience.

As always no booking needed—just turn up! Arrive by 6:15pm to grab a good seat and enjoy a relaxed evening of science in the pub.
